Horn Flatbed Inserts
When placing your order, please SPECIFY in the COMMENTS SECTION of the order:

- ...or Dimensions or the Opening in cm (eg 33 x 61)
“Once you have sewn with a Flatbed Insert in place, you will never want to sew without one ever again !” ….just ask your sewing friends.
Horn Flatbed Inserts are cut to the exact shape to suit the specific Brand and Model of the sewing machine you nominate.*
When you lower the Horn lifter and platform to the flat bed position you then place this insert around your machine. This fill the gap between the sewing machine and the opening of your Horn Cabinet for a completely flat working surface level with your needle position, increasing your workspace spectacularly, and making working on larger projects a breeze.
Horn Flatbed Inserts make it so much easier to sew without restrictions, such as having to lift and drag your heavy or large fabrics and projects over the free arm of your sewing machine. Flatbed Inserts give you a near smooth surface creating more even stitches, saving you time and strain.
Horn Flatbed Inserts ensure no fabric material or accessories fall between the machine and the lifter platform.
Horn Flatbed Inserts are made from a durable clear plexi glass or acrylic plate.
There are 2 NEW INSERT DESIGNS for 2015

Inserts are available in the sizes to suit the cut out in the top of your Horn cabinet:
- Small: 28.5 x 48cm
- Large: 28.5 x 53cm
- BABY MEGA (NEW large) – NEW DESIGN 28.5 x 53cm
- Maxi: 33 x 61cm
- Mega: NEW DESIGN 33 x 61cm (Suits Height Adjustable Sewing & Cutting Table)
Dispatch is generally 7-10 working days, however some sewing machine models can take 4-6 weeks as they are cut to Order.
