• Packaged and Stand Alone Items purchased at BargainBox.com.au carry a 30-day money back guarantee
  (e.g. Machines, Accessories, Blister Packs, Hang Sell)

• Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns of certain goods, including Electronic Spares or Replacement Parts, Software, Downloadables, Electronic and PDF Files, or Cut items (e.g. Fabric, Lace, Elastic)

• If you're not satisfied for any reason, e-mail [email protected] or phone us on 02 4472 5984 and we will do what we can to help with advice, refund or replacement

• To ensure that your return has been authorised please contact us before you send any goods, to avoid delays in processing your return.

• Please inspect the contents of your package/s upon delivery to ensure ample time to take advantage of our 30-day money back guarantee

• Returns must be in original, re-saleable condition and with original packaging

• Unless damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for return postage

• We will be unable to issue refunds after 30 days from date of purchase

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our store

• All refunds will only be issued against your original form of payment

• Consumer guarantees do not apply and you are NOT entitled to a Refund under Australian Consumer Law if you:

• got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Refunds 
• misused a product in any way that caused the problem
• knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
• asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

• A restocking Fee of 20% may be charged, at our sole disceretion, for unreasonable returns or where Refunds are not mandated by Australian Consumer Law 

• For International Orders, All Sales are to be considered Final
